This comprehensive 210-hour program will introduce students to medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, OSHA regulations, blood-borne pathogens, universal precautions, ethics, and applicable law. Students will familiarize themselves with test requirements, tube identification, procedures, and protocols for lab safety. This program includes taking the National Healthcareer Association exam as a requisite for certificate completion.

Place into ENG 099 or above on the Workforce Development Placement Exam. This exam may be waived upon review of your college transcript.
