This course combines expert insights, interactive discussions, and practical tools to help individuals and communities navigate the impact of shared traumatic experiences. This course is taken directly from the Roxbury Presbyterian Church Social Impact Center's program called Can We Talk…® Community Sharing on Trauma and Healing, and Rev. Liz Walker's new book No One Left Alone: A Story of How Community Helps Us Heal. Can We Talk...® is currently being replicated around the country. Its founders, Rev. Liz Walker and licensed mental health counselor Colleen Sharka, will focus on the connection between individual and collective trauma. In a world grappling with unprecedented challenges, understanding and addressing collective trauma is crucial for personal and societal well-being.
