CSA 400 - Paraprofessional Test Prep

Course Description

This 60-hour course covers literacy, mathematics, and instructional skills in order to prepare students for the Massachusetts-endorsed ParaPro assessment. Students will be equipped with the necessary instructional skills in order to be successful in the classroom. This course is recommended for people who would like to work in the public education system as a Teacher's Aide. This applies to anyone, whether you already work in the school system or not.

Prerequisites

High School Transcript or GED/HiSET
RCC PLACEMENT Exam (This exam may be waived if you have a college degree)
- English: 099/101
- Math: 215 - 249
- WritePlacer: 3 - 4
